Psalm 103:2-4 NIV “Praise The Lord, my soul and forget not all His benefits-who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion”

As I enjoy a fresh cup of coffee I think back and am grateful for God’s help.
After emergency surgery three years ago, it surprises me when finding some way that seems as if it has been newly healed.
I find I am stronger and can stand much longer than last year before I need to sit down. I’m doing better sitting up and not having to rest as often with legs elevated. Still baby steps in progress but sure and steady wins the race they say.

Spending time with my husband, grown children, and grandchildren is such a wonderful gift. Thankful God chose me to stay longer.
Thankful to have more time to appreciate knowing and praying for them all. Thankful to be able to clean my own bedroom, pair down clothes and organize my clothing rack.

God is good.
The Living Bible puts it this way in Psalm 103:2-4 TLB “Yes, I will bless The Lord and not forget the glorious things He does for me. He forgives all my sins. He heals me. He ransoms me from hell. He surrounds me with loving-kindness and tender mercies.”
Enjoy His Mercies which are new every morning.
