Making Happy Memories with Your Family

Proverbs 1:8-9. TLB “How does a man become wise?  The first step is to trust and reverence The Lord. Only fools refuse to be taught.  Listen to your father and mother. What you learn from them will stand you in good stead; it will gain you many honors.”

Enjoying a cup of coffee and thinking about my mom and dad. How I miss them.

Good memories of days spent with them make good companions however.I think about the importance of spending time with family to preserve happy memories. 

This year a Thanksgiving dinner will be held at my house on the Saturday before Thanksgiving day.This makes it possible for more family members to gather with us.

This is the time of year that becomes busy with school routines. 

One truth learned is that it is more important to find ways for all of the family to be together. Learn the importance of being flexible.  Make your celebration around a day or time that works for everyone or almost everyone invited, and enjoy making happy memories with your family.
