Faith in Action

James 2:16-17 NIV “Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food.  If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it?  In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.”

The best way to start a day is with God on your mind and thinking about passages from The Bible which reflect truth.  Ending the day the same way it began by meditating on God’s Word and in prayer, makes for a peaceful night’s sleep.

As I enjoyed a cup of coffee, I listened to the church message online and took notes as the Pastor spoke. “Put The Word of God before the world.”

“Courage requires action.  No action?  Your faith is dead. God moves when you take a step of faith.”
