Faith and Family

James 2:23 and the scripture was fulfilled that says, "Abraham believed God and it was credited to him as righteousness, and he was called God's friend."

Just as Abraham in the bible, and the words to the song sung at church says, I testify also, that, "All my life You have been faithful. All my life You have been so, so, good and with every breath that I am able, I will sing of the goodness of God." On my birthday I received a basket with a plant, candle, and a carefully wrapped package. 

When I opened it the onesie said "Little" on the front of it;  "Littles" happens to be a nickname for our grandson's we have the pleasure of often babysitting. The onesie will be filled up with a precious baby around Thanksgiving. I was given that wonderful news of another grandchild to celebrate on my birthday!

The two brothers are hoping to complete their trio. And I have already started to pray that God will help the little person to desire to be all God wants them to be. Praying all my grandchildren will be a friend of God. It has been said that when you write something down it stays with you. 

When I write I choose to focus mostly on my faith in the Living, Loving, Trustworthy God, and my family that brings so much joy and is a true gift.
