Psalm 73:26: "My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever"
Wonder Bread builds strong bodies 12 ways! Myself, along with many other babyboomers, remember that television commercial and how kids wanted their moms to buy Wonder Bread!
What great advertising! And it proved to be a great promotion until the Federal Trade Commission placed a claim that it was false advertising. They reported that Wonder Bread had no more ways to build strong bodies than any other bread brand. It further stated that the Wonder Bread commercial deceived children and parents by portraying Wonder Bread as an extraordinary food for producing dramatic growth.
My brother Barry might have gotten my mom to buy Wonder Bread. He was quite an impressionable little boy. Like the time he wanted to be Superman and wrapped a towel around his neck like a cape and jumped off a high brick ledge. He was okay with the jump, but a lose brick fell on his ankle! Ouch! He started crying and my other brother Nelson went over to him and said, "Superman wouldn't cry!" Oh, that made Barry cry even harder!
With all this reminiscing, I am wondering how to build my spiritual health 12 ways?

Found on the Internet these wise words about spiritual good health.
"David showed us that an essential part of our spiritual health is to maintain constant communication with God. As Jesus taught in Luke 18:1-8, “Men always ought to pray and never lose heart.” This draws us to God and makes us yearn for him even more, keeping us fit for our spiritual journey."
